Physical Therapy in Canton and Alpharetta for Knee

Stand on a step facing down the stair.

With your right leg firmly on the step, bend the right knee with control, while dropping the left heel down towards the ground.

Stop when your left heel is 2-3 inches below the step and push back up into standing with your right leg.

Keep the right knee in line with the second toe.  Don’t let momentum carry you forward.

Repeat as advised by your Georgia Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine Center Physical Therapist.
